Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Denis Zvizdić, today in Berlin, with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, talked about the improvement of bilateral relations, the European path of BiH, the development of the Western Balkans and current international issues.

At the very beginning of addressing the media, Zvizdic thanked Chancellor Merkel for her personal engagement in the European processes of BiH and the countries of the Western Balkans.

He emphasized that there are four key priorities of the Council of Ministers of BiH: integration into NATO, economic development of BiH, the issue of strengthening the rule of law and security, and further strengthening of regional cooperation.

‘The most important political goals were and will remain the European integration of BiH. I can say that without the German initiative launched in 2014, it would not be possible to open the current European processes in BiH. Without the Berlin Process, launched by Ms Merkel, it would not be possible to speak at all about the dynamic and sustainable economic development of the entire Western Balkans’ said Zvizdic.” (translated from Vijesti)
