Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic told the UN Security Council on Wednesday that nothing positive had happened in Kosovo over the past few months.

‘I regret to say that nothing fundamentally positive has happened since the previous UN Security Council session’ he said adding that the Community of Serb Municipalities has not been formed, conditions have not been created for the return of 20,000 displaced persons and the special court chambers have not started working.” (N1)
