On the heels of FlyDubai announcing Podgorica service, Montenegro and the UAE further deepened ties. UAE Ambassador to Montenegro Abdul Salam Hareb Al Rumaithi, held a lengthy dialogue with Montenegrin Education Minister Damir Sehovic. The countries aim to identify ways to partner benefiting the students of both countries. At the same time, the countries formally extended mutual visa exemptions. Montenegrin Foreign Minister Srdjan Darmanovic and Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation signed the protocol.
