“Switzerland’s high court has refused to revive Croatia’s attempts to cancel a $1.5 billion investment deal giving MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Co. PLC control over the country’s publicly traded oil and gas company, INA-Industrija nafte DD, the Croatian government said Thursday.

In a statement on its website, the government said that the Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland refused to annul a 2016 decision by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law dismissing Croatia’s claims against MOL, a Hungarian oil and gas company” (Law360)
