The high-level meeting is being hosted by the president of the 72nd Session of the UN General Assembly, Miroslav Lajčak, who identified peacebuilding and sustaining peace as a key priority during his term. The meeting is being attended by foreign ministers of UN member states, their deputies or state secretaries and a few heads of state and government.
In New York until Wednesday, Logar is scheduled to address the high-level meeting as well as hold meetings with the Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs Miroslav Jenča and the UN Special Representative for International Migration Louise Arbour.” (Slovenia Times)
