“Slovenia is in favour of an early deal on the EU’s budget for 2021-2027 since it would mean it would be eligible for more cohesion policy funds, Foreign Ministry State Secretary Dobran Božič said after a session of the General Affairs Council on Monday.

Božič said it was not realistic that an agreement could be reached before the European parliament elections in May as advocated by the EU Commission, the parliament and Germany.” (Slovenia Times)
