Serbian Defense Minister Aleksandar Vulin has reaffirmed his support for convicted war criminal General Vladimir Lazarević. He was sentenced to 14 years in prison by a U.N. war crimes tribunal for atrocities committed by Serb troops in Kosovo. US Ambassador Kyle Scott said on twitter that Serbia’s image in the US can be “undermined with a single statement.” Furthermore, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivicia Dačić said that the US Ambassador should “The ambassador of the United States, just like the other ambassadors, should not get involved into our internal affairs.
