“Slovenia’s new Prime Minister Marjan Šarec will embark on his first trip abroad on Wednesday to attend an informal EU summit in Salzburg. He is to meet the heads of the European Council and the European Commission, Donald Tusk and Jean-Claude Juncker, at the sidelines of the event focusing above all on migrations and Brexit.

Apart from meeting Tusk and Juncker, Šarec is to hold a number of bilateral meetings. As for Slovenia’s migration policy in the future, he has said that the country will continue advocating solidarity among member states under clear and fair rules.” (Slovenia Times)
