“Building the capacity of prospective youth applicants on how to plan and implement intercultural exchanges in response to the Regional Youth Co-operation Office’s (RYCO) call for proposals was the focus of a three-day training course organized by the OSCE Mission to Montenegro from 11 to 13 December. The course was attended by 24 participants from NGOs and secondary schools from different municipalities of Montenegro. They focused on how to develop intercultural exchanges and intercultural youth work proposals and how to tackle challenges that may arise whilst being mindful of maintaining standards for youth protection and safety during exchanges. Trainers from the NGO Forum MNE engaged the participants in interactive sessions where experiences and views were shared.” (OSCE)
