“A session of the Homeland Security Council was held in the office of Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović.
In her introduction, the president thanked the members of the council and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Damir Krstičević for their work and contributions over the past year. She noted that last year a new National Security Strategy was adopted but also a Law on the System of Homeland Security of the Republic of Croatia.
During the session, it was noted that the Council and Coordination for the System of Homeland Security adopted their annual plans. In his introductory presentation Minister Krstičević, speaking as the chairman of the Coordination for Homeland Security, informed the participants on goals and key priorities, where the activities of responsible central bodies of state administration will be directed.” (Voice of Croatia)
