“There will be no strike at Croatia Airlines tomorrow. Following deliberations that lasted almost four hours, the Zagreb County Court has temporarily banned the strike.

The legality of the strike will be discussed at a new hearing scheduled for tomorrow at 10 am.

Following failed talks with the management – Croatia Airlines unions announced a strike for tomorrow. However, the management asked for the court to temporarily ban the strike.

Ahead of the hearing at the County Court Antonio Čorak from the ORCA union said that he considers the strike to be legal and legitimate. ‘We still don’t have a collective agreement. We gave everything of ourselves to come to it at yesterday’s meeting. Standpoints did not budge so that the only thing left for us was a strike which I hope will be legal,’ he added.” (Voice of Croatia)
