Croatia has qualified for the 2018 World Cup in Russia by defeating Greece on an aggregate of 4-1 over two matches. They join Serbia as the two Balkan countries to qualify for the tournament held in Russia for the first time. Politicians and influential figures from both Croatia and Serbia are expected to be in Russia from mid-June until mid-July for the tournament. Balkan Insider would like to congratulate Croatia for this huge achievement and joining their neighbors in the largest soccer tournament in the world.
