CORONAVIRUS – BiH: Two million masks are set to arrive in Sarajevo by Wednesday. Seven members of the Armed Forces have COVID-19. By the numbers:

CORONAVIRUS – KOSOVO: Kosovo introduces stricter measures – a person can go out for a 90 minute walk based on ID number. By the numbers: 362 confirmed cases, 8 deaths.

CORONAVIRUS – N. MACEDONIA: The U.S. Government will donate $500,000 to UNICEF in N. Macedonia to combat COVID-19. FM Nikola Dimitrov says 125 Macedonian citizens are returning today. CORONAVIRUS – MONTENEGRO: Nine security personnel have been arrested for breaking the government’s restrictions on movement. By the numbers: 274 confirmed cases, 4 deaths.

CORONAVIRUS – SERBIA: Serbia’s Agriculture Minister Branislav Nedimovic says more medical tests and equipment have arrived from China. By the numbers: 4,054 confirmed cases, 85 deaths.

CORONAVIRUS – SLOVENIA: The ban on all commercial flights from the EU to Ljubljana has been extended through April 27. Traffic ceased on March 30. Slovenia received another shipment of aid from China. By the numbers: 1,212 confirmed cases, 55 deaths.

FOREIGN AFFAIRS COMMITTEES DEMS WRITES TO POMPEO: House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Eliot Engel (D, NY-16) and Senate Foreign Relations Committee Ranking Member Robert Menendez (D, NJ) wrote a letter to U.S. Secretary of State Michael Pompeo raising concerns of the Trump Administration’s “heavy-handed approach” to the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue.

JANSA V. UEFA: Slovenian PM Janez Jansa has pointed a finger at UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin for spreading COVID-19. “Čeferin allowed the games between Atalanta and Valencia, as well as other matches in Europe during the same weeks. They did not want to cancel them because they were greedy for money. You see what happened in Italy and Spain. COVID-19 spread to both countries for these matches, and then spread to the rest of the continent.”
