“Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurtz said in Kosovo his country would accept and support any agreement reached by Belgrade and Pristina during their negotiations on normalisation of relations, the Beta news agency reported on Tuesday.
Kurtz, who has been on a two-day visit to Belgrade and Pristina, has added that the European Union will endorse any settlement, even if it includes the border correction or the exchange of territories if the two sides agree on that.
‘We have a clear stand. The Austrian government will agree with any deal Kosovo and Serbia reach. We support such a deal and no one will be against it,’ Kurtz told reporters at a joint news conference with his host, Kosovo’s President Hashim Thaci.” (N1)
