“The head of the Pristina delegation in the dialogue with Belgrade Avni Arifi, confirmed before the talks next week in Brussels that the Community of Serb Municipalities will also be spoken about, emphasizing that the existing agreement needs to be revised in order to establish that organization.

‘The Association (Community) should be established on the basis of a decision of the Constitutional Court, with the creation of a new draft agreement,’ Arifi said to Zeri.

The continuation of the dialogue at the technical level is expected on February 26th, after it was interrupted on January 16th after the murder of Oliver Ivanovic.

Belgrade and Serbian representatives in Kosovo and Metohija do not approve the drafting of the Statute of the Community of Serb Municipalities by the decision of the Kosovo Constitutional Court, which does not give the peculiarity of that organization, arguing that the decision of the Constitutional Court is in line with the 2015 agreement.

Arifi said that Brussels will also discuss other agreements that are not being implemented, including an agreement on free movement and energy.” (translated from RTV Puls)
