“The Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, Wes Mitchell, in a letter addressed to the president of VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski, has asked Mickoski to pledge in order to open more space, both publicly and privately, for VMRO-DPMNE’s MPs regarding the constitutional revisions at the Parliament in order to express their free will.

The session for the constitutional revisions began yesterday.

In the letter published by the US Embassy in Skopje,he addressed VMRO-DPMNE’s party leader as

Dear Hristijan,’ he reminds Mickoski about what has been said during the talks i.e. that the US firmly believe that the Prespa Agreement is a historical chance for Macedonia for a bright future and contribution for a regional safety, stability and prosperity.” (Meta)
