“A series of omissions, illegitimacies and huge amounts of money from the state budget have been determined by the inspection in the documentation for the purchase of diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Macedonia abroad for the past ten years, said State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Viktor Dimovski.

At a press conference in the Government, Dimovski pointed out that 40 million euros were approved for the purchase of 15 diplomatic-consular posts, and with the budget rebalance another 10 million euros, from 2007.

Five facilities were purchased in Budapest, Prague, Istanbul, Ljubljana and Vienna in 2007.  Two commissions were established that carried out the procurement from the decision of the foreign minister.” (translated from 24 Vesti)
