“The 23rd anniversary of the deaths of US diplomats Josep Kruzel, Robert Frasure and Samuel Nelson Drew and French soldier Stephan Reault at Mount Igman on August 19, 1995 was commemorated with a ceremony and laying of a wreath.

After the playing of the national anthems of the United States of America, the Republic of France and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the laying of wreaths to the memorial on the slopes of Igman, and honoring in the presence of the Honorary Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina (OSBiH), the participants of the ceremony were addressed by representatives of the Embassy of the United States and The Republic of France in BiH, the OSCE Mission to BiH and the BiH Ministry of Defense.
